About
Patio ProVira was founded by Yevhenii Mykhailov to bring careful deck planning, clear communication, and durable patio construction to the South Shore of Montreal and Montérégie.
Founder
Founder of Patio ProVira
Yevhenii stays close to the details that shape a good project: the first conversation, the site constraints, the material choice, the estimate, and the way the work is communicated before construction begins.
His goal is simple: help South Shore homeowners understand their options before they commit. Whether the right answer is composite, PVC, treated wood, or thermo-treated wood, the recommendation should make sense for the house, the budget, the sun exposure, and the amount of maintenance the client wants.
Delta Decks branch
Patio ProVira is the South Shore and Montérégie branch of Delta Decks. We work together, share field experience, compare material knowledge, and bring proven deck-building practices into local Quebec projects.
Delta Decks has been building outdoor living spaces in Ontario since 2005 and is known for custom decks, composite decking, rooftop decks, pool decking, pergolas, railings, deck permits, and commercial patio work. Their team experience gives Patio ProVira a broader knowledge base while keeping our service local and personal.

Delta Decks works with premium decking products and brands, which helps us compare finishes, fastening details, heat, maintenance, and durability.
Patio ProVira applies that shared knowledge to South Shore and Montérégie projects, with local site visits, estimates, and client support.
How we work
We guide you toward composite, PVC, treated wood, or thermo-treated wood options that truly fit your use, style, and budget.
Framing, drainage, fasteners, and finishing details are planned for South Shore soil, weather, and site access.
You know where the project is heading, which decisions remain, and when work is moving forward.
